About the Role
Data Migration Planning: Design comprehensive migration strategies, covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
Execution: Lead data migrations from on-premises servers or other cloud services to M365, ensuring data security and integrity.
Collaboration: Partner with IT teams, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and resolve issues swiftly.
Troubleshooting: Address migration-related challenges and minimize business disruptions.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of migration processes and configurations.
Training & Support: Educate end-users and IT staff on M365 functionalities post-migration.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in M365 data migration projects.
Technical Skills:
Expertise with M365 tools (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
Familiarity with migration tools (ShareGate, Quest on Demand).
Strong PowerShell scripting capabilities.
Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
Experience with hybrid environments and complex migration scenarios.
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
