Requirements
Key Skills and Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow SAM/HAM modules.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform with Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM or HAM certifications highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, including software compliance, audit readiness, contract management, and hardware inventory tracking.
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency in conducting data analysis, report generation, and creating custom dashboards to enhance asset management insights.
Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to optimize and automate SAM/HAM processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Prior experience in leading workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Familiarity with integrating SAM/HAM with other ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM and ITOM.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying improvement areas.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow SAM/HAM solutions for various global clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, aligning them with best practices.
Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and test cases.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of ServiceNow SAM/HAM configurations.
Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and effective management of hardware assets to minimize risks and costs.
