About the Role
Claidroid Technologies is hiring a Dell Boomi Developer to design, build, and optimize integrations and automation workflows that enable seamless enterprise connectivity and real-time data flow. The role involves working with Boomi AtomSphere to develop integrations for SAP SuccessFactors and other platforms, handling complex interface scenarios such as Transfer, Global Assignment, and Concurrent Employment. Responsibilities include supporting inbound and outbound data flows, managing SF EC Org Structures, profiles, and organizational data, and implementing both custom and packaged integrations using connectors like HTTP, SFTP, SOAP, OData, Mail, Atom Queue, and Web Services. The role also includes working with SuccessFactors APIs, deployment management, access control, monitoring, PGP encryption/decryption, and sustainable issue resolution via root cause analysis. This is a hybrid role based in Pune or Thiruvananthapuram, with 6–8 years of relevant experience required.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Boomi development experience
Proficient in Boomi API Management, queue handling, and web service implementations
Skilled in HTML, CSS, Groovy, and Java scripting
Expertise in SOAP, REST, and OData protocols
Strong in secure data mapping and transformation using XML, JSON, XSLT, and CSV
Experience with PGP encryption and decryption
Solid understanding of full project lifecycle, from requirements to deployment
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred: Familiarity with SuccessFactors data models, APIs, and security
Preferred: Experience in managing Boomi users and administering integration environments
